"Good rosé wine is hard to make. It requires hitting precise picking windows in the vineyard and precise techniques in the winery to end up with the proper color as well as fruit and acid balance. I feel that it's important to go the extra mile and put the time and energy into managing all these aspects; that is how you get a great rosé. We manage each smaller component on an individual basis and as a result we are able to create a blend from many small, well-managed lots.
