The Story
A portion of the grapes for this white wine were destemmed and soaked for two hours to pull complexity from the grape skins. The remaining whole clusters were added, pressed, and moved into neutral oak barrels for fermentation. Experience aromas and flavors of lemon curd, green apple and grapefruit with bright minerality. Lovely balanced texture that is clean and quite pleasing on the palate. Limited production of 275 cases.
