Located in the Chinon appellation, the 40 hectares of Cabernet Franc vineyards benefit from diversified terroirs that are perfectly suited to the management of the vines.
Soil: clay-limestone, clay with flint and gravel on beautiful hillsides.
Vinification is done in the traditional fermentation in cement vats for 15 days with temperature regulation
