The Story

Old Zinfandel vines are twisted, gnarled plants, that produce naturally low yields of grapes that are concentrated, intense and flavorful. Typically to be called an Old Vine Zinfandel the Vineyard needs to be at least 40 years old. The vineyards where we source these grapes are about 45 years old.

In 2020 we introduced another award winner, Scotto Family Cellars Brut, which received a 92 Point/Top 100 Best Buy rating from The Wine Enthusiast. It was the first release from our state of the art, custom produced sparkling bottling line.
