The Story

Donnachadh is an organically farmed vineyard in the heart of the Santa Rita Hills AVA of Santa Barbara County. The property was planted in 2013, the fulfillment of a dream for owners Drew and Laurie Duncan. The first vintage for the vineyard was in 2016, and Donnachadh estate wines have steadily gained aclaim since then. The 2021 Estate Rosé is made from a blend of clone 470 Syrah from high on the vineyard hillside balanced with Alban Syrah from the riverside plantings.
